Would you like to be in a confidential space where you can discuss any aspect of your life, including your relationships, work, sense of safety, health and hormones.

An AllGenderSpeak group welcomes people of all genders, where we can simply sit together in a safe space to share what's going on in our lives, learning from one another's experiences, noticing, acknowledging and celebrating what's good, gaining inspiration to change what's not, and simply accept 'what is'.

We can support one another to be better, more authentic people, without telling each other what to do or how to be. There is no pressure and it’s fine to say "Pass” when it’s your turn to speak.

We are accepting, accountable and we want more out of life.
We explore who we are, who we no longer need to be, and how we can lead better, fuller lives.

We'll be following Kenny's group Ground Rules - please check them out before you attend and suggest any changes before we begin.

TIME: 5:45pm for a 6pm start, ends 7pm.
