A women’s group is a group of women, sitting in a cyber-circle, hanging out and getting real.
WHAT WE DO
At a WomanSpeak women’s group we hang out, share what’s up, listen, get new insights into daily life as we drop the survival / putting on a good show, etc. masks we’ve been wearing ... and we have a good laugh to boot! We get real and we receive the treasure of honest feedback and good company in a non-clinical, non-hierarchical safe space.
WHAT WE ARE NOT
We are not a therapy group, nor an encounter group, nor a group against men or women, nor a religious or political group, we're free and unaffiliated.
Every WomanSpeak women's group is different, depending on what the women present bring to, and ask of it.

WANT TO TRY A CLOSED GROUP?
(Monthly, in six month terms, sitting with the same group of women - most women renew for years.)
Closed group women have the space to get to know one another at a deeper level than at the open groups.
Closed group women get access to their own private WhatsApp group and self-organise social events.
They also enjoy discounts and priority bookings on events.

·OnlineOnlineA check-in and debrief session for all gender grads of the MenFacilitate training whether you currently facilitate MenSpeak groups, your own groups, or you're planning to hold groups and you want to be in the company of good facilitators.
You can debrief and discuss your group situations and have your questions answered as we gain practical tips and inspiration to consciously grow our groups. All in the strictest of confidence!
These sessions will evolve into regular structured peer-led supervision headed by MenSpeak founder Kenny for group facilitators and trainees.
If you can't make the whole debrief session, feel free to drop in and out as you can though we will begin and end with the usual two minutes of silence.
