About us

Ever feel like you have one foot on the gas pedal, but the other on the break? If you aren't living in full potential, it's not your fault, you just have a block. Being blocked has an effect on your body and mind. Dissolve the block and you immediately have free, and easy access to all your best qualities. At our workshops, you will learn a holistic mind/body technique called EFT or "Tapping." You will discover what triggers resistance and learn how to dissolve those triggers. The tapping technique is like needle-free acupuncture. It is easy to do, fast, safe, effective, and LASTING! Most notice a shift right away. Many feel relief after just one time. Imagine how it would feel for things that used to overwhelm you to now feel free, fluid and easy.... now make that dream a reality. Sign up now!

    We help get it done!

Sometimes the task itself isn’t that difficult, but getting started, or getting finished IS!

This group is designed to help you accomplish tasks you’ve been procrastinating, and we do so by tapping into peer support.

Here's an article about why peer support gets it done.

    Here’s how the group works:

    • Arrive at the Hillcrest location in person (leave extra time to find parking)
    • The first 15 minutes you’ll be arriving and settling in
    • Next we will spend 15 minutes in a host-led de-stressing exercise.
    • Next we will each share 3 tasks we’re hoping to accomplish in the session
    • Then we get to work!
    • There will be time for breaks.
    • At the end, we each share what we accomplished and celebrate together!

    Other important details:

    • The location is the community room of an apartment building near 5th and Upas. Address will be shared to registrants prior to event. You will need to be let in and escorted to the room by the host. This limits our ability to handle late arrivals.
    • There is a counter with barstools, upholstered chairs, a sofa, outdoor seating, wifi, and electricity. You can bring drinks and snacks, there is a refrigerator.
    • It is an urban area, street parking is available, and I recommend the ParkWiz or similar app to see pricing for nearby parking lots if you'd rather not circle to find a spot.
    • A nominal $15 contribution is requested via Venmo to save your spot and cover the overhead of hosting.

The hope is to get a consistent group of people to come together on a regular basis to enhance peer-support. If you’re interested, but the time slot doesn’t work for you, please let me know, I may add other times in the future. If you are interested in the ability to join online, let me know, I may offer that in the future.

    Group Guidelines:

    • Any and all progress on your task(s) is celebrated. Doing a tiny fraction of the work is over 100% more productivity than not doing it at all that day.
    • We offer each other support and compassion and treat each other with respect.
    • We aim for quiet working space. There is an outdoor area for breaks, phone calls, and conversations.
    • Please tidy up your workspace before leaving.
    • Please silence cell phones

    Bring:

    • Whatever material you need to do your task: laptop, charger, paper, pen, snacks, etc.

    Public Transit:
5th and Upas stop is 1 block away

    • Route 3: Local service that runs between Downtown San Diego and UCSD Medical Center in Hillcrest.
    • Route 120: A limited-stop bus line that connects Downtown San Diego with the Kearny Mesa Transit Center
