DescriptionFeeling Angry, Sad, Overwhelmed, Obsessed, Avoidant? Do you want to be a positive influence, but are just so charged-up and stuck? Do you find yourself repeatedly in conversations focused on "stories" and objections, with no action?
Neuroscience tells us that when your emotions are magnified, you lose access to your smarts. And avoidance does not work long-term. Come learn simple techniques which will elicit calm, and enable you to take reasonable, meaningful action.
