  • ​Art therapy has been shown to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and enhance cognitive function across diverse populations. NOTE: Although this is not an art therapy session, it is very therapeutic!

Our Gentle Approach
This is a nurturing, low-pressure creative space designed to wash away the dust of everyday life (as Pablo Picasso wisely noted). Our session will unfold like this:

  • ​Inspirational card drawing to set a mindful tone
  • ​Brief introductions (optional)
  • Bring your favorite beverage and let’s cheers to art-making
  • ​Optional sharing of created works

What to bring?

  • Your favorite art supplies (watercolors, colored pencils, markers, etc.)
  • A peaceful spirit
  • An open heart
  • Adult beverage or mocktail
