Hello ladies! 💜

A big heartfelt thank you to Christine for allowing me to share something close to my heart with this wonderful community!

I have a question for you: When was the last time you did something creative just because it brought you joy?

Not to be productive. Not to accomplish something. Not because someone needed something from you.

But simply because it made you feel more connected, alive, or present.
I believe creativity isn’t a luxury. It’s part of what makes us human. And I believe we need more opportunities to bring it into our everyday lives.

That’s one of the reasons I’m hosting the Creative Care Summit: Arts in Health in Action, a FREE online gathering happening November 9–12, 2026.
We’re bringing together artists, healthcare professionals, educators, and creative practitioners to explore how the arts and creativity can support our health, well-being, and connection to one another.

But here’s what I especially want you to know:
You don’t have to be an artist, work in healthcare, or consider yourself particularly creative to belong in this conversation.
