Women Techmakers Meetup at Check24

After a long time with no Meetups its time to meet the community again! Join us for an evening of networking and learn from Sara's and Melissa's experience on how to have a successful start into software development for you as a junior or how it can be supported by you as a team leader.

Sara und Melissa wissen aus eigener Erfahrung, wie entscheidend ein guter Onboarding-Prozess für den erfolgreichen Einstieg in die IT ist. Als Absolventinnen eines Bootcamps standen sie selbst vor den Herausforderungen, mit denen viele Berufseinsteiger:innen heute konfrontiert sind. Seitdem haben sie zahlreiche Juniors begleitet und aktiv am Onboarding neuer Talente mitgewirkt.
