Day 1 – August 4: Arrive at Liberia International Airport (LIR), where private transportation takes you to the beautiful hotel in Tamarindo. Then enjoy a delicious welcome dinner with fresh Costa Rican flavors as you get to know your fellow travelers and settle into the laid-back rhythm of pura vida.

Day 2 – August 5: Start your morning with an energizing yoga session before heading out to explore Palo Verde National Park. Take a guided boat tour through the mangroves and spot monkeys, crocodiles, parrots and so many tropical birds in one of Costa Rica’s most amazing wildlife areas. Return to the hotel for some afternoon relaxation, a light yoga session, and dinner with your group.

Day 3 – August 6: Today is all about rest and rejuvenation. Begin with a calming morning yoga class, followed by a soothing massage at the hotel spa. The rest of the day is yours—spend it by the pool, walk along Tamarindo’s golden beaches, or simply unwind in your ocean-view room. Take this time to slow down and focus on self-care.

Day 4 – August 7: This morning, it’s time for a bit of adventure! Hop on an ATV and ride through jungle trails and along the coast, taking in incredible views of the Pacific. The afternoon is free for you to relax—head back to the spa, enjoy some beach time, or explore the local shops and cafés in town.

Day 5 – August 8: This morning, you’ll set sail on a catamaran cruise to Las Baulas National Marine Park. Snorkel in clear blue waters filled with colorful fish and watch for dolphins or humpback whales along the way. In the evening, gather one last time for a journaling session to reflect on your week, followed by a special farewell dinner to celebrate your Costa Rica adventure.

Day 6 – August 9: Enjoy your final breakfast with ocean views before your private transfer back to Liberia International Airport (LIR). Leave Costa Rica feeling refreshed, reconnected, and inspired—taking a little pura vida home with you.
