Welcome to Feature Flags & Experimentation 101!

Meet Mansi Mohan, Anita McDowell, and Trishala Pavagada from Split Software's Engineering and Products Team. They're helping to revolutionize software delivery with impact-driven development, pairing the speed and reliability of feature flags with data to measure the impact of every feature.

From their session on Feature Flags & Experimentation, you will learn how to:

About the Speakers:

Mansi Mohan
Mansi Mohan is a Senior Engineer at Split's Data Infrastructure Experimentation Solutions Team. Her role encompasses building cloud-based, big data solutions like Spark and Kafka to name a few. She also has a background in backend development services including JAVA and Python. If she’s not coding, she’s probably serving aces on the tennis court (or on the ping pong table).

Trishala Pavagada
Trishala Pavagada is the Director of Engineering at Split. She’s responsible for leading and building the core feature flag platform and its integrations. She is passionate about mentoring teams with diverse backgrounds and experiences, as well as empowering them to make an impact on innovation and productivity. Prior to Split, Trishala held technical leadership management positions at Cisco and HP. Outside of work, Trishala is a trained Indian classical dancer.

Ani McDowell
Ani McDowell is a Senior Product Manager at Split focused on evolving the product’s measurement, monitoring, and experimentation capabilities. She’s also worked on Split’s core feature flag platform. Before joining Split, Ani worked on data-focused products at Google (Looker), Walmart, and GE. In her free time, Ani enjoys traveling, playing board games, and spending time with her dog, Thor.
