About Our Speakers:
Hoa Newton
A proud mother of two, she grew up in rural Vietnam without the privilege of technology. Coming from humble beginnings, she didn’t have access to the tech world until college. After relocating to New York City in 2010, despite lacking a tech background, she enrolled in a coding boot camp in 2014, igniting her journey into the tech industry. Today, she is an empathetic Software Engineering Manager at Cisco Meraki, leading with a people-first approach. Her focus is on nurturing high-performing teams that not only achieve professional success but also thrive personally.

Richelle Quinto
Richelle is a Data Analyst Lead at RubiconMD, with ten years working in tech startups in various roles such as Digital Marketing & Content Writing, Training, Account Management, Customer Experience, and Operations. Her experience spans from working in an office of two to working at a global company with thousands of employees. Outside of her work on the Data Science team at RubiconMD, Richelle leads the Gender Diversity in Tech People Resource Group and participates in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging committee. Her passions include cooking, baking, travel, going to museums, and trying to learn French.

Stevie Goughnour
Stevie is a Product Owner at RubiconMD. After a degree in Creative Writing, Stevie found his way into tech through [Homes.com](http://homes.com/), and developed his product acumen at companies like Nickelodeon, Meow Wolf, and the New York Foundation for the Arts. Process-obsessed after ten-years working in almost every industry imaginable, he is a champion for "people over process" and scalable scrappiness. In his free time, Stevie sings with Transcend Chorale, a choir for for gender-expansive voices.
