Join us for a guided meditation session designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and gain insight into managing your thoughts more effectively. Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced, this session will provide practical and accessible techniques to support your well-being.
Service Schedule
1. Yoga (10-15min) – This practice helps relax both body and mind. The instructor will guide you through easy movements to enhance relaxation and prepare for seated meditation.
2. Seated Meditation (15min) – Discover a simple yet powerful way to connect with your inner self. The instructor will provide easy-to-follow guidance to help you find peace and clarity in stillness.
3. Dharma Talk – Temple Minister Genie will be discussing the seated-meditation style.
4. Discussion, Tea, and Snacks – Sharing experiences with others can be incredibly healing and enriching. Whether you're looking for mindfulness techniques, stress relief, or simply a supportive community, you're welcome to join us.
This session will be conducted in English and is free of charge. Light snacks and tea will be provided after the session, and donations are always welcome.
