This isn’t just a program—it’s a community where we practice together, reflect together, and support one another along the way.

Each Sunday may include:
Chanting (Sound Meditation)
A shared rhythm that helps settle the mind and bring your attention back to the present.
Seated Meditation
A quiet space to sit, breathe, and return to yourself. Open to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Dharma Talk & Reflection
Practical insights from Buddhist teachings, with space to reflect on how they show up in daily life.
