This weekly gathering is led by Yeowon, a Won-Buddhist minister, and offers a space to explore meditation and mindfulness in a simple, practical way—right in the middle of everyday life.

We meet every Thursday at 7:15 PM for a 1-hour session that may include light yoga, chanting, seated meditation, and quiet journaling. From time to time, we also invite guest speakers or explore different indoor and outdoor practices together.

Our intention is not to “become someone new,” but to gently shift how we relate to our thoughts, especially in challenging moments.

Through these gatherings, you can:

  • Practice meditation, yoga, and chanting in a supportive group setting
  • Learn simple tools you can carry into daily life
  • Hear different perspectives and experiences
  • Stay connected through occasional updates and resources

After the session, you’re welcome to stay for tea and conversation—a relaxed time to connect, ask questions, or just unwind.
