Sunday Outdoor Meditation at Griffith Park

This Sunday, we’re taking our Dharma gathering outdoors to Griffith Park 🌿

We’ll meet near Merry-Go-Round Lot 3, then walk together to a quieter spot nearby for seated meditation, walking meditation, and a short Dharma sharing.

Afterward, we’ll join the Korean Won-Buddhist community for lunch.

Yoga mats will be provided. Just come comfortably and enjoy a relaxed morning of practice, nature, and community!
