This group is dedicated to sharing the world of Complementary, Holistic Medicine. Supporting others to Live Life in Wellbeing.
My name is Diane Mitchell, I am your group leader and work in the fields of Mindset, Mindfulness, and Meditation. As a holistic mindset practitioner, I work with people in 1:2:1 sessions and group work, assisting with change of mind and workshops to facilitate personal and business growth.
Hosting educational retreats, workshops, wellbeing days, wellbeing festivals, and online wellbeing Masterclasses for both business owners and members of the public.
No matter if you are well-versed in health and well-being, or someone interested in holistic wellness, dipping your toe in for the first time, this is the place for you.

About your presenter:
Diane Mitchell is a Holistic Mindset Practitioner, business coach, and founder of Wonderful World of Wellbeing.
In 2006, she was given 12 weeks to live.
Immediately, Diane experienced an inner shift, and with this, she knew death was not going to be her Feit. She told her doctor, “I don’t have time to die.”
The only conventional intermediate solution offered was the removal of her voice box.
A few hours before the surgery, Diane chose a holistic pathway to heal her mind, body, and soul. Against all odds and the findings of her oncology team, a full recovery was achieved.
That pivotal moment sparked a deep journey into mindset mastery, founded on the inner shift Diane experienced the moment she was served up 12-weeks to live.
From that, she created her signature mindset practice:
Change Your Mind ~ Change Your Life.
Diane helps others break free from the outdated beliefs and the inner dialogue, those stories the mind tells us, and the noise that keeps people stuck.
Her work guides people back to clarity, alignment, creating balance, and inner freedom.
