Mindful Meditation For Compassion

Details
๐ Discover Inner Peace ๐
Thank you to those who joined us earlier this month in the Mindful Hour for relaxation. It was a delight to share this experience and hold space for sharing and reflection.
Monday 3rd March | 7pm | Online
This invites you to join us on Monday, 3rd March, for a special meditation session focused on Compassion for Self and Others.
So often, we extend kindness and understanding to those around us but struggle to offer the same to ourselves. Yet, true healing and peace begin within. Self-compassion allows us to release self-judgment, embrace our imperfections, and cultivate a gentler, more loving relationship with ourselves.
Bring a blanket or wrap since our body temperature can drop when meditating.
๐ When: Monday 3rd March
๐ป Where: Online (Zoom link provided before the event via email from eventbrite)
๐ Cost: ยฃ12
When we nurture compassion within, we create space to extend that warmth outwardโoffering understanding, patience, and kindness to others. This ripple effect not only transforms our personal well-being but also deepens our connection with the world around us.
Here are three key benefits of cultivating compassion for self and others:
Emotional Healing & Resilience โ Self-compassion helps us navigate difficult emotions with kindness rather than self-criticism, reducing stress and increasing emotional resilience.
Stronger Relationships & Connection โ When we extend compassion to others, we foster deeper connections, empathy, and understanding, strengthening relationships and creating a more supportive environment.
Greater Inner Peace & Well-being โ Practicing compassion shifts our mindset from judgment to acceptance, promoting inner peace, reducing anxiety, and enhancing overall well-being.
Join us as we explore the power of compassion through guided meditation, reflection, and breathwork. Creating a space of openness, healing, and connection together. This is a welcoming online space for beginners and seasoned meditators alike.
