Pyrography — the art of burning designs into wood — is a creative, relaxing, and oddly satisfying craft that mixes focus, patience, and the smell of toasted wood. 😄

I’m Rodrigo, the artist behind Burnt Pyrography, and I started this group for anyone in Lisbon who wants to try something different, get creative, and have a good time doing it. 🎨

You don’t need to be an artist — just bring your curiosity and a bit of spark (pun intended).

💡 Each session will have its own pace: some will be more introductory — perfect for starting from scratch — while others will be freer, more creative, and edgy, for those who want to explore new techniques or simply go with the flow.

In our sessions, you’ll:
🌿 Learn the basics of wood burning (no stress, we go step-by-step!)
🪵 Experiment with designs — from simple quotes to cool symbols or nature-inspired art
😌 Disconnect from screens and reconnect with your hands
☕ Enjoy good vibes, good company, and a few snacks while creating something unique

A pirografia — a arte de queimar desenhos em madeira — é uma atividade criativa, relaxante e incrivelmente satisfatória que mistura foco, paciência e aquele cheirinho a madeira aquecida. 😄

O meu nome é Rodrigo, o artista por trás da Burnt Pyrography, e criei este grupo para quem quer experimentar algo diferente, pôr as mãos à obra e divertir-se enquanto cria. 🎨

Não precisas de saber desenhar nem ter experiência — basta trazeres curiosidade e vontade de aprender (e um pouco de faísca).

💡 Cada sessão terá o seu próprio ritmo: algumas serão mais introdutórias — perfeitas para começar do zero — enquanto outras serão mais livres, criativas e ousadas, para quem quiser explorar novas técnicas ou simplesmente deixar-se levar pelo momento.
