Welcome to the Woodbridge Starting Strength Club! This group is for anyone interested in gaining strength, building muscle and optimizing their weight loss journey through strength training.
We focus on full-body barbell workouts based on Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength book, and High Intensity Training by Mike Mentzer.
We want to help each other master the form for each exercise, going through the full range of motion, and then progressively overload the weight each week.
