Come restore and renew yourself by letting go of all stress through supported poses. Restorative yoga uses pranayama (breathing) and meditation to create a restful state. Bring warm clothing, socks, and a blanket for warmth.
Juliette is an experienced teacher who has specific training in restorative yoga and uses a trauma-informed approach for somatic healing. She believes that experiences are deeply held in the body and can be released through mindful practices such as restorative yoga.
