Welcome to Woodford & Loughton 30+ Social! 🌷
A relaxed, friendly social group for women aged 30+ in Woodford, South Woodford, Loughton and the surrounding areas who would like to meet new people, make friends and have a bit more of a social life locally.
Whether you’ve recently moved to the area, your friendship circle has changed over the years, you’re finding it harder to meet people as an adult, or you simply fancy getting out and meeting some new faces — you’re very welcome here.
We’ll meet roughly every two weeks, with different activities and locations each time, including:

There’s no pressure and no expectation that you need to know anyone before coming along. In fact, the idea is that lots of us will be arriving on our own and meeting each other for the first time.
This is a women-only, friendship-focused group — a welcoming space to connect, chat, laugh, get out of the house and hopefully make some genuine new friendships locally.
