Hiking & Socializing

Join us for a family-friendly hiking meet-up every first and third Monday at 1:30 PM! Open to homeschool families, this hike is perfect for kids of all ages (with parents—this is not a drop-off). I’m Vicky, a Valley native, hiker since my teen years, homeschool mom of 10+ years, and manager & teacher at Woodland Hills Learn Beyond the Book. I am spearheading this fun activity. I will bring my own 10 and 12yo. and the goal is to build community, explore nature, and enjoy the outdoors together. Hikes are about 1 mile or so. not too difficult, and typically last an hour or so, depending on our pace. Please bring water and a snack!
