This gathering offers a gentle, guided energy meditation focused on calming the mind, relaxing the body, and reconnecting with breath and awareness.
The practice is simple and accessible, with no prior experience needed. We’ll move slowly, rest when needed, and focus on creating a grounded, supportive atmosphere where you can arrive just as you are.

Everything else is provided. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle if you’d like.
Chairs and cushions are available, and the practice can be done seated or lying down — whatever feels most comfortable for you.
