We are doing a special Thurs Night run to the Women's Day 5K Run (https://runsignup.com/Race/Register/RaceGroup-2052647?raceId=140103) at Urban Vegan Roots in Astoria!

We'll meet promptly at 6:45pm Lou Lodati Park (Corner of Skillman Ave & 43rd St) and follow this route to the start of the 5K Run:

The route to Urban Vegan Roots + 5K run will have completing almost 6miles.
