Are you a skeptic? A seeker? Have you been let down or mistreated by religion or by the church? Do you think about the big questions of life?

  • Who am I?
  • Why am I here?
  • Is there meaning?
  • Purpose?
  • What is truth?

These are all really big questions and they deserve really big answers. That these questions are universal points to a universal yearning for answers. It also points to the fact that there are answers.
If the above describes you, and you are open-minded to what the truth is in these areas, please join us as we look at and discuss these questions. Each month we will take a question and consider how the Bible sheds light on life’s big questions, and then have an open discussion to explore the relevance and applicability of those answers.
Whatever your belief system, please know that you are welcome. You don’t have to agree with the answers and you are certainly welcome to bring a different perspective.
So, regardless of your belief system (or lack thereof), you are invited to join in what will be a lively, but respectful, discussion.

For this session, we'll look at the problem of evil. Why is there evil in the world? What is evil? What is the answer to evil?

All first-time attendees bet their first drink on me.
