SMS Sacred Women's Cacao Circle + Sound Bath

Join the SMS Full Moon Sacred Women’s Cacao Circle and Sound Alchemy event, a sacred space where women unite to nourish their minds, bodies, and souls. In a world that can often feel disconnected, our Circle aims to create a supportive community where you can replenish your energy, find inspiration, and experience the power of feminine connection. The intention of this gathering is to facilitate interconnection, reflection, and intention-setting as we align with the cycles of the lunar calendar. Participants will explore techniques and practices to manifest their desires and goals for the upcoming lunar cycle. All are welcome to participate in this beautiful and enriching experience.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:
Our time together will include guided visualization/meditation, intention setting, grounding breathing practices, journaling, optional soul sharing, cacao circle, and a healing sound bath. Group activities might also include some light stretching.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Dress comfortably for freedom of movement, and bring your amazing self, your cherished journal, a writing tool, and a water bottle. We will also have a limited supply of yoga props, such as yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters. Feel free to bring your trinkets - like crystals or sacred objects - anything to keep you grounded or cozy.
