The Open Mic Rules:
1. Every reader gets 7 minutes to share their work.
2. We’ll limit each event to just 10 readers.
3. Toss your name in the bucket when you arrive. Names will be chosen at random.

6. Share a piece inspired by the monthly theme to be eligible for a prize and honor of audience favorite of the evening.

Kenzie Jennings is an English professor suffering in the sweltering tourist hub of central Florida.

She is the author of the Splatterpunk Award nominated books Reception and Red Station (Death’s Head Press).

Her short horror fiction has appeared in the anthologies Rampage on the Reef, Slash-Her, Baker’s Dozen, Slice Girls, Worst Laid Plans: An Anthology of Vacation Horror, Dig Two Graves, Vol. 1 and Deep Fried Horror: Mother's Day Edition.
