One common and frustrating experience for a user with disabilities is when software they've depended on releases an update...and loses the accessibility it once had. It's easy to imagine this is an isolated experience, but it's shockingly common. Accessibility is never something you can just do once; it needs to be improved and maintained, even through major design refactors. Learn some methods for handling change and maintaining standards over time.
