Breakfast hack: Build something with WordPress and Spacefast

Bring your laptop to breakfast and make something before work. We'll be done in an hour.

Spacefast.com is a new hosting platform from Automattic. You ask your AI agent to make something, like a site, a small app or a game, and Spacefast gives you a link to share it. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and others all work with it. Every Space runs WordPress underneath, so you can pull in content from a WordPress site too. It's still in research preview, so expect some rough edges.

I work at Automattic, but I'm not going to be selling anything. We hope to inspire web builders and WP companies alike to think about how WordPress can be used with agentic AI.

The hour

Bring

• A charged laptop
• An AI agent you already use
• A small idea. Anything you can finish in 40 minutes works. Or: anything that you'd normally need 4 days for could potentially work as well. Think: a quick site for fundraising, a wedding day site with information for guests, a wireframe for a customer, a browser game, etc.

You don't need to code, and you don't need a Spacefast account. You can publish without one, then claim your Space within a day if you want to keep it.
