AI is not a single wave, it is a swell that keeps coming, and most of us are paddling hard while quietly afraid of being caught inside. This experiential workshop is not about tools. It is about the wipe-out: what happens when the pilot fails, the skill stops being scarce, or the role gets redrawn, and how to surface, reorient and go again. Through movement, paired reflection and a simple five-phase model, you will leave with one honest read on where you are stuck and one experiment small enough to start this week.
