By popular request, this month will be a practical SEO Tutorial, presented by Maeve Lander.
The session will be around 30% theory/discussion, 70% practical. It will help WordPress users understand core SEO concepts (such as relevance and authority), and will give you the tools and knowledge needed to set up and maintain your own basic SEO campaign.
Maeve is an experienced UI designer/developer with a passion for WordPress. She leads the team at Enigma Digital (http://enigmaweb.com.au/), maintains a large collection of WordPress plugins (https://profiles.wordpress.org/enigmaweb/), and co-organizes the Perth WordPress Meetup (https://www.meetup.com/WordPress-Perth/) group.
This topic will be suitable for WordPress USERS and PROFESSIONALS of beginner or intermediate level. Web marketing experts are welcome, but may find they already know the ropes on this particular topic! ;-)
