WordPress Meetup - WPTW

This week's meeting is the last before Christmas. Like last month's MeetUp this will be more of a round table discussion rather than some one standing up and talking, I thought the topic of Themes would be a good one as there are those that believe unless you sit down and hard code everything you're not a true developer. What do you think? Do you use themes or page builders?
