June WordPress Meetup: AWS & WP-CLI

The second WordPress DC meetup of 2014 is now on the books!

Time/date: June 10, 2014. 7 PM.
Location: Carr Workplaces, 1101 Connecticut Avenue, NW Suite 450 (Farragut North location)

For this event, we have two speakers: Dylan Barlett and Taylor Lovett.

Dylan Barlett is a consultant at Versivo, where he designs, builds, and maintains high-availability systems for private and public-sector clients. He has been a WordPress user since 2010 and recently migrated Arlington County's public website to WordPress on AWS. He is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and SysOps Administrator.

Dylan will be speaking on using the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud with WordPress. Get an overview of cloud computing, AWS, and a range of WordPress use cases.

Taylor is a core contributor, plugin contributor, and plugin author. He works for 10up as a Senior Strategic Engineer. He has a BS in Computer Science and builds enterprise level websites with WordPress! He will be speaking about WP-CLI.
