WordPress Knoxville Meetup. Site Building. First steps, Header, Menu and Footer

Hi guys!
Unfortunately, KEC has informed me that there is a scheduling conflict, and we will not be able to have a May WordPress Knoxville meeting in person. But it does not mean that we would not have it at all. So, let's do that online! Plus, I think it will be easier to work on a site and talk about it at the same time while having an online meeting than an in-person or hybrid one.
We had an interesting meetups about wireframing and creating a concept for a site. And now it is time to start building it. This time we will work on the header and menu and also touch on the footer as our first steps in building WPK.
We also plan to have a happiness bar to discuss any WordPress issues and questions that you have.
