The block editor (Gutenberg) has been around for a while now. With full site editing (FSE) released in WordPress 5.9, it's a good time to be ready to overhaul your process for developing WordPress projects.

This is 1 part of a new 4 part series "Advanced CMS Workshop" previously called "Going Gutenberg." This series is targeted at site owners & technical leads who want to understand planning new projects & migrating projects to the new block editor. Detailed descriptions and other details such as recording, slides, & other resources will be released shortly.
