What is State of the Word?

DYK each year around this time that a roadmap for where WordPress has been in 2021 and plans for the near and long term? Similar to the State of the Union, the State of the Word is an annual keynote address delivered by the project co-founder, Matt Mullenweg. "Expect to hear about a range of topics, from WordPress 5.9 and Openverse to Web3 and non-fungible tokens (NFTs)."
