Are you passionate about poetry? Whether you’ve just started writing or have years of experience, Words in Progress is a welcoming space to connect with other poets, share your work, and grow creatively. We keep our group intimate (12~ people max) to ensure everyone's voice can be heard.

What We’re About:
• Creative Community: Meet poets of all experience levels who are excited to support and inspire each other.
• Constructive Feedback: Share your poetry in a safe, inclusive space and receive thoughtful, respectful feedback to help you refine your voice.
• A Work in Progress: We celebrate poetry as an ongoing journey, where every piece has value, no matter how “unfinished.”

What to Expect:

Each session is structured yet relaxed:

1. Introductions & Warm-Up (15–20 minutes): Get to know your fellow poets and start with a quick creative prompt.
2. Sharing & Feedback (1 hour 15 minutes): Writers take turns reading their work aloud and receiving constructive insights.
3. Wrap-Up (15–20 minutes): Reflect on the session, exchange ideas, and leave inspired for the next gathering.

💡 What to Bring: 1-2 poems to share (optional but encouraged), a notebook, and an open mind! We'll send format guidelines after RSVP.
