This time, Tadej Accetto, agile coach at Petrol will lead a discussion on how to foster self-organization in agile teams.

In this meetup we will focus our discussion on self-organizing teams: What are they? Do we really believe teams can self-organize or is this just another fad? Do teams need team leads or team managers to tell them what to do? Do we create self-organising teams or do we wait for them to happen? What do we expect from self-organization? How do we foster self-organization as servant-leaders? What makes our job to facilitate self-organization hard or easy?
