Spikes in Scrum

This time, Janez Lukan, Scrum Master and Development Team Lead at Saop, will lead a discussion on Spikes in Scrum.

Spikes are a valuable agile tool, but sometimes they cause some confusion to the Scrum process. We will talk about their purpose, what kind of problems we address with them, are Spikes treated as User Stories or in any other way, are Spikes even »by the book« in Scrum… It will be an interesting discussion, where we will share our opinions and hopefully shed some light on the topic.
