​The Rooted & Rising series is for visionary leaders and heart-centred entrepreneurs who are ready to stop performing and lead from who they actually are.

In this session, we get honest about the real reason you're not moving forward — and it's probably not what you think. It's not a strategy gap or a time problem. It's a feeling you haven't been willing to feel. We'll explore why emotions aren't obstacles to avoid. They’re information — sensations to move through. And when we fully feel them, it unlocks the clarity and action waiting on the other side.

​An intimate, intentionally small group experience that moves through genuine connection and sharing, guided reflection and somatic awareness, facilitated group discussion, a simple but immediately usable framework for working with emotion instead of against it, a guided visualization to access the clarity already living inside you, and live hot seat coaching.
