What we’re about

Hey everyone!

I’d like to start a small group to practice inner training together and exchange ideas. Specifically, I have the following in mind:

  • Theory & Models: Discussing helpful frameworks and philosophies (e.g., Stoicism, ACT, David Hawkins, religions, modern psychology).
  • Practice: Practicing together and sharing concrete techniques (e.g., mindfulness meditation, ACT, TM, letting-go methods).

We could just meet in a café, have a relaxed chat, and maybe brainstorm possible next steps. No prerequisites – just a genuine interest in the topics!

I’ve simply suggested a place and time for now. If you’re interested, please let me know so I know whether anyone is coming, or if another time would work better.
