We need to remove and mitigate more carbon than we are capable of manually. If you weren't already aware, it comes from the burning of fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas to generate energy, using the internet, travel, deforestation, cement production, animal farming and more. Given that we won't stop doing all of these things in their entirety any time soon, using AI technology to tackle this issue at this stage in the world's climate journey is essential.

It can help us detect, adapt and respond to climate change by reducing emissions from transportation, agriculture, waste and other areas.

For this reason, we thought it would be great to dedicate this month's event to AI for Decarbonisation. Join us as we hear from innovative organisations who are tackling this head-on.
