You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
This group is designed for individuals like you: business owners, team leaders, and small business professionals who are navigating the challenges of growing a business while balancing family responsibilities. Whether you're responding to more frequent phone calls, managing doctor appointments, or planning for the future, you're doing important work, and you deserve practical tools and real support.
What to Expect
I host friendly, solution-focused discussions on:
- Organizing your schedule when time feels tight
- Setting boundaries and expectations with grace
- Communicating clearly with employees, clients, and loved ones
- Managing stress, family dynamics, and unexpected curveballs
These online sessions are held via Zoom. I'm based in New Hampshire (Eastern Time), and Meetups are typically scheduled at 10:00 AM or 6:00 PM ET to accommodate different work routines. I will also schedule in-person Meetups from time to time.
With over 20 years of experience as a small business owner, including 10 years running a home care agency and 6 years as a case manager, I understand the demands of caregiving and entrepreneurship. I created this space to share insights, encourage connection, and help make your work/life rhythm feel more manageable and meaningful.
