June virtual fitness classes begin on Monday! Join in for a 45-minute on-line strength and core group exercise session with Coach Jenna. Each one is $10, paid in advance, on a monthly basis. This class is designed to motivate and encourage you on your wellness journey from the comfort of your own space. Whether you're looking to boost your body movement routine, explore fitness options, start over again after awhile off, have accountability with your fitness, or revamp your typical workout, this class offers all that plus proper instruction and modifications for strength training. Don't miss this opportunity to rejuvenate your mind and body! You'll need: an exercise mat, water bottle, light and medium dumbbells, comfortable exercise clothing and shoes, and Zoom access.
