Join in for a 45-minute strength and core group exercise class! This is free and will continue on a weekly basis through the end of June. This workout is designed to motivate and encourage you on your wellness journey. Whether you're looking to get into strength training, boost your body movement routine, explore fitness options, have accountability with your fitness, or revamp your typical workout, this class offers all that plus proper instruction and modifications. This is an opportunity to rejuvinate your body, mind, soul, and make valuable connections. Be sure to bring an exercise mat, water bottle, light and medium dumbbells, wear appropriate exercise clothing and shoes, and have an attitude ready to have fun!!!
