Bodyweight Workout: All Levels Welcome!

Looking for a fun, high-energy workout on the beach? Join us for a group bodyweight workout that’s perfect for everyone—whether you're a beginner or intermediate fitness enthusiast. We’ll be doing a mix of high-intensity exercises, tailored to different fitness levels, so everyone can challenge themselves at their own pace.

Each session will be around an hour in total, including a warm-up, 30 minutes of intense bodyweight exercises, and a cool-down stretch. Expect to work up a sweat with exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, and core workouts—all designed to help you build strength, endurance, and flexibility in a beautiful outdoor setting!

What to Expect:

-High-intensity bodyweight exercises
-Adjusted for all fitness levels (beginners to intermediate)
-Ideal for beginners with basic knowledge of exercises (beginners are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early so I can explain the exercises and answer any questions!)
-A 30-minute workout (plus warm-up and cool-down)
-A supportive, friendly group atmosphere
