The format of the day will be ONE photographers to ONE model for an allocated time frame. (Approx. 30-40 minutes per model).

• Step 1: RSVP the event
• Step 2: E-Transfer the event fee to me at [clazarschuler@icloud.com](http://mailto:clazarschuler@icloud.com) to secure your position.
• Step 3: These events fill FAST!
  To hold your spot, you must provide the event fee by e-transfer of $100 within 48hrs. of RSVPing to the event. Please note: If you miss the 48hr deadline you will be moved to NOT GOING and your spot will be re-opened up to the next person on the RSVP WAITLIST.
• Step 4: Upon receiving payment for the Meetup, you will receive an email confirming your spot.

Simply RSVPing to the event does NOT guarantee your participation. You MUST follow the steps above to receive confirmation of your spot.

There will be one amazing, professional model booked per photographer for this session. This is subject to change based on the event waitlist.

EVENT DAY:

• Models will be paired with photographers (one-to-one).
• During the shoot each photographer will rotate through each model with a shooting time of approximately 15-20 minutes each. Please note: All first positions will be given an extra few minutes in case you are setting up strobes on location.
• a 2 minute warning will be given prior to "time's up" at which point you should be wrapping up your last shots and prepping your gear to move on to the next model.
• After the first rotation is complete, we will pause for a quick break and wardrobe change, then resume shooting for another complete rotation of up to 15-20 minutes each per model.
• Photographers will rotate until they have shot all the models, twice.
• Total shooting time with each model is approximately 30-40 minutes for a total of 1.75 to 2 hours.
• NATURAL or OCF lighting allowed - your choice.

REMINDERS:

1. Photographers are REQUIRED to provide a minimum 6 colour, edited images PER model. This is non-negotiable.
2. Make sure you bring extra batteries and memory cards - you will leave the Meetup with LOADS of great shots from these incredible models.
3. If your battery dies or you run out of memory, the event will not be stopped to accommodate your situation. Be prepared!
4. If shooting OCF, consider lighting setup time in your portion of the allocated shooting time.

HOUSEKEEPING:
This is NOT a "paparazzi-style" Meetup; all models are photographed one-to-one.

Appropriate behaviour and respect between photographers, and of the models, is expected at all times. No touching of the models or suggestive comments are allowed at any time whatsoever. Models are encouraged to report any inappropriate behaviour immediately and, if warranted, will result in the photographer being asked to leave the event and the immediate expulsion / ban from the "Meetups with Christina Lazar-Schuler Group".

**HEALTH + SAFETY PROTOCOL: COVID / Flu Information**

• There are still aggressive COVID-19 variants and seasonal flu affecting our health landscape and we still need to be mindful of our behaviour and safety moving forward.
• Please review the following COVID-19 / influenza health and safety guidelines. Adherence to these protocols are expected and outlined below. If you cannot abide by these rules, please do NOT register for this event.
• Anyone exhibiting signs of virus including fever, chills, sore throat, new or worsening cough, new muscle aches or severe headache should NOT participate in the event, must cancel their RSVP immediately and contact the event organizer.

These are common sense health and safety guidelines that should be easy to maintain and manage. Anyone who cannot abide by these rules will be asked to leave the event.

IMPORTANT: If you have been FULLY vaccinated (two doses + booster) and choose NOT to wear a mask when closer than 6'-0" / 2M to other photographers, you are doing so at your own risk and "Meetups with Christina Lazar-Schuler" will NOT be held responsible for any illness that results from unsafe behaviour.
