Please join us at this excellent restaurant, one of Tony's favorites, in honor of his birthday. (No gifts necessary, just your presence and appetite!) Moldova is between Romania and Ukraine. The cuisine is a mad mixture of Eastern European influences with a few touches not seen anywhere else. Expect ~$40/pp w/tax, tip, & fee for family style. There is an option to order individually this time if desired.

Burrata cheese salad w/mesclun, berries & figs OR Salata Din Limba - tongue & daikon salad
Traditional dumplings w/sour cream or butter, stuffed w/cheese or potatoes, topped w/fried onion
Pan-fried chicken liver w/mamaliga (polenta balls)
Perjoale Ca La Tiraspol - fried stuffed chicken breast w/cheese & sour pickles
Pork kebabs w/homemade fried potatoes
Assorted smoked fish platter
Skirt steak Romanian style
Ursuleti - fried mamaliga w/feta, bacon, & sour cream
Mititei - grilled traditional sausages served with peas and onions
Pork neck
Torte Cusma lui Guguta - crepes with sour cherries & sour cream
Prune dessert - stuffed dried plums w/nuts, wine sauce, & cream

Please be considerate with your RSVPs and change to No ASAP if not coming, so as not to inconvenience the restaurant or other diners. We do keep track of no-shows, and three will get you removed from the group. Also, please bring cash in small bills; makes everyone's lives easier.
