Meetup limits messages to only 60 members. Since this group has more members, I'm using a dummy Meetup to communicate with everyone.
This message is going to all members because it will be much faster.
Beginning in summer 2026, you must post a picture with your face only to join or remain in this Meetup group. It's a matter of trust. Posting a picture of a butterfly, a puppy, a tree, or no picture, etc., gives people a sense that you are trying to hide something. Full-body pictures aren't easily visible on Meetup. It's also helpful if people, including me as the host, can connect your face with your name.
If you don't have a picture on Meetup, your picture isn't of you, or your picture is full-body, update it so your face is clearly visible.
If you have a cell phone, a camera, or a computer with a camera, you can take a picture of your face for posting on Meetup.
If you have a strong reason why you can't update your picture and want to remain in this Meetup, please message me on Meetup or email me at jamiegarde@yahoo.com.
I WILL DELETE ANY MEMBERS WHO DON'T HAVE A CLEAR FACE PICTURE ON 9/1/26. IF YOU WANT TO REJOIN, YOU WILL NEED A FACE PICTURE TO BE ACCEPTED.
