MICHELANGELO'S PEOPLE: Michelangelo has been a lonely man. Nevertheless, many people were involved in his unbelievable artistic production. Popes and Cardinals, bankers and politicians.

AN OBSESSION FOR MARBLE: Michelangelo is famous for his paintings in the Sistine Chapel. However he had an obsession for white marble. Years spent on the mountains of Carrara selecting the best marble blocks, living in very hard conditions. This is how the David, the Pietà and the Moses came out.

ENEMIES EVERYWHERE: an incredibly long life: 89 years. A long time to collect enemies from at least three generations. From his main rival Raphael to his architectural "alter ego" Bramante. From the terrible "censoring men of God" Carafa and Borromeo to the poor Biagio da Cesena, painted as a monster.
