**Milan** is a city often known for its modernity, but indeed it has in store **hundreds of years of history**. On this live walk Patrizia will take you on a **visit** of **the medieval heritage of Milan**. You will see the neighborhood of **San Lorenz church**, the **resting place of all the bishops of Milan**, but also the **medieval city gate**, still richly decorated with bas-relief. Not to be missed are the **sixteen original ancient Roman columns of a pagan Temple**, recycled in the middle ages as the front porch of a christian church. The walk through this authentic area of Milan takes you then to **San Eustorgio**, with the oldest and tallest bell **tower** of the city built in 1297.
